“Why should I choose CrossFit Max Effort as my gym?”
Good question. Today, there are thousands of CrossFit gyms worldwide. So what makes ours different? Here’s what CFME brings to your training experience.
- More CrossFit knowledge than you can throw a kettlebell at.
Since opening our doors in 2011, we’ve been committed to hiring only the most experienced and talented coaches available. They have multiple CrossFit certifications in a wide range of disciplines and regularly attend clinics, sharing what we learn with our athletes. When you work with a CFME coach, you know you’re getting the most knowledgeable, current and accurate training available to ensure your safety as well as improve your performance.
- Plenty of space, plenty of equipment.
CFME athletes train in a very cool, re-purposed warehouse with more than 16,000 square-feet of elbow room to accommodate classes large and small. As we’ve grown, we’ve continued to add equipment to make sure there’s enough to go around. Ropes, pull-up racks, muscle-up rings, GHD machines, Jerk blocks, barbells, rubber bumper plates, kettlebells, dumbbells, Concept 2 rowers, speed ropes, massive tires, sandbags, and other equipment to torture — we mean train — you with: we’ve got it all, and then some.
We also have an artificial turf area inside where we can do sprints, prowler pushes, and sled drags. What’s more, we keep our space, our equipment, and our bathroom clean. Oh, and we have a kids’ room too for children to hang out in why the parents ‘get their sweat on!’
- We take coaching personally.
Even though you will be part of a team and community at CFME, we realize everyone athlete is an individual. We make it a point to keep each member accountable and on track by helping you to identify and understand your individual goals, needs and challenges, then create a plan of action to address them.
As you get started at CFME, we will check in with regularly to see how it’s going and make any training adjustments. Miss some classes? Expect to get a phone call or e-mail from us to see what’s up and get you back in the gym. Have a question, concern or issue? Talk to your coach before or after class about it. Bottom line is: you’ll have to do the work, but you won’t have to do it alone.
- Flexible classes and simple memberships.
We offer classes for all levels of athletes, from beginner to intermediate and advanced, starting as early as 6:00AM and as late as 7:00PM. We keep memberships simple and convenient with single auto-deduct payment per month.
- Satisfied members who’ve seen great results.
We’ve got plenty of ‘em. Just take a look at our “Success Stories!” to meet a few. Many of our members have been with us for two-plus years. You’ll also meet lots of athletes who have shed 20, 30, 40 and close to 100 pounds since joining CFME. We provide a positive training experience here, one that’s inclusive, supportive and member-focused.
- Close-knit community that likes to have fun.
CFME is a results-oriented gym with one of the tightest, friendliest CrossFit communities you’ll find anywhere. Our members come from all walks of life: they’re police officers, nurses, lawyers, chefs, teachers, students, business professionals, yoga instructors, college softball coaches, engineers, members of the military, graphic designers, journalists, hair stylists, moms, dads, grandparents. But they all have something in common: they like to have a good time. And they like hanging out with each other.
We host and participate in a wide range of activities and events inside and beyond the gym — hiking trips, running 5Ks and obstacle courses, stand-up paddle-boarding, potlucks and BBQ’s, sharing recipes and tips in our Facebook group, meeting up to watch the big game at the local pub, scoring a skybox at the CrossFit Games. You’ve never had so much fun getting fit!
